About

The United for Life Foundation networks, funds, and unites charitable outreach in the state of Alabama and beyond. Since its inception in 2004, the Foundation has grown from a small project-oriented foundation to a full-scale statewide organization, working with more than 50 other organizations to create more efficient charitable outreach. The Foundation now works with hundreds of volunteers, several colleges and high schools, and many civic leaders to raise awareness about the Culture of Life and the wonderful things it has to offer.

Media

Before media outreach was a common term, the United for Life Foundation funded television commercials for pregnancy care referrals, hosted some of the web's first television programs, sponsored radio spots promoting healthy marriage and relationships, and provided free media resources for select charities in the state (including high definition video recording, editing, DVDs, and recordings of local charitable events).

Live Events

Since its inception, the United for Life Foundation has impacted culture with its large events. Some highlights include the Birmingham Premiere of the awarding winning feature film Bella, the annual Birmingham March for Life, and vivace, an arts event featuring Mike Huckabee. On top of these larger events, the Foundation has also hosted smaller events, such as concerts for students, young professional outreach events, and smaller networking events for charities.

Networking

One of the most important components of the United for Life Foundation is its resource networking. Resource networking, an idea conceived by UFL founder Lee Bruno, is a method by which charities can become more efficient by sharing their resources. The Foundation has recently seen great success in this field, hosting meetings and events to give charities exposure and networking they normally would not have.
